    Ikebukuro is one of Tokyo's more prominent entertainment districts in all of Tokyo. Sunshine City, an incredibly large and popular shopping mall, is a frequent bucket list destination for visitors from outside of the city. Otome Road is not too far, attracting women interested in manga, anime, and other otaku-related things.

Everyday Circus: A Slice of Life RP :: Wards of Tokyo :: Toshima-ku
Toshima-ku, being more of a city than a ward, is known primarily for Ikebukuro, which is a popular entertainment district and a hub for various railway lines. Novelty cafés, department stores, and the ever-delightful Sunshine City generate the vast majority of the revenue and tourism.
